Competitions – Advanced

Leaving the comfort of Langley’s well organised adult program isn’t for everyone but those who are up for a challenge and wish to put their skills to the test have the option to represent Langley in competitive league matches against other clubs. Fixtures are both home/away with players expected to travel to play rival clubs. We have both men’s, ladies, singles and doubles teams entered in various leagues across Hertfordshire. Each team is captained by an experienced member of the club. To be considered players need to be regularly attending drills and meet playing standard requirements. The season starts in April and runs till July, league matches are generally played outdoors.
